Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of the return shipment are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; for the exact rates, please consult the website of the carrier concerned.Â
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed and the purchase amount will be credited to your account number within 5 days.
Refund not received?
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@growdeal.nl.
Sale items
Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@growdeal.nl and we will contact you how to proceed.
